Sign language for baby

Communication with infant is a frustrating thing for both mom and baby. Babies can't verbally tell you what they want or don't want.
I recently found out that using a sign language helps reduce a stressful situation when it comes to communicating with your baby.
Babies can learn simple signs such as 'bottle', 'eat', 'more', and etc to let you know what they want. One of the book "Sign with your baby" written by Dr. Joseph Garcia says that you can start teaching signs when babies are about 7 month old. It does take a while for babies to learn signs but once they do, you won't regret it.
I am starting a simple sign 'milk' to my daughter who is just 5 month old. So I will let you know how it goes.
